Do you mean to ask: does the punishment fit the crime? I would say yes. Anyone who violates the Terms Of Use, gets banned. Does matter if you talk about gay stuff, racial stuff, use foul language, or lure 13 yr old boys to your home---youre gonna get banned if your caught. Some people dont get caught, instead they get enough feedback filed on them for the system to Auto-ban them from gameplay or voice communication----but when you get caught redhanded, the punishment is the same.
